- Billing: subscription status and payment records, handled by our payment provider — we never see your card number
- Question content: questions, answer choices and screenshots from the supported site you are using, so we can generate an answer
- Platform identifiers: your username or ID on a supported school platform, where the Extension needs it to work
- Technical: device, browser and IP information, used for security and fraud prevention
- Support: messages and any files you send us
- Settings: your preferences, stored on your device
Extensions
Each Extension runs only on the site it supports — Membean, DeltaMath, IXL, Edpuzzle, Nearpod, Blooket, Quizlet, Wayground and Gimkit, plus the video players Edpuzzle and Nearpod embed — and on our own domains. It reads the question on the page and enters an answer. It does not read other tabs or your browsing history, and it never collects your password for a school platform.

Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Services, and they process data only on our behalf: AI providers to generate answers, and providers for payments, sign-in, email, hosting, security and website analytics.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not use these providers for advertising or profiling. Analytics run on our website only, never inside an Extension.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information

- We do not collect your passwords for any school platform
- We do not access your browsing history or unrelated tabs
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to run the Services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and deleting your account removes your personal information from our systems.

- Delete your account at any time from your account page
- Our website honours your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting
